Наконец, появился родственник якута HGDP00962 (C-M407) по мужской линии

Радует меня, что все новые образцы на M407 оплачены и указана зеленая галочка напротив каждого образца. Вижу развитие дерева в всех подветвях M407.

Сегодня заметил, что появился новый армянский образец. Также с южной области Армении.

В последней схеме от International Society of Genetic Genealogy 2019-2020 отметил combBED снипы в наших Z4328 ветках зеленым цветом.

Средний возраст примерно в 5 combBED снипа, что дает возраст в районе 800лет.

Заметил что у Доржиева и B99 образца c Karmin et al. B99 и Z33000 общие. Можно считать, что после Z33001 пошли мутации в снипах B99 и Z33000 (в равной степени), а Z32999 и Z33002 остались приватными у B99 образца. У Доржиева пока приватные FT124182, FT124393, и FT124407 моложе B99 и Z33000 (и Z33001).

Заметил что у наших B100, научного образца и Брянского, значение DYS439 одинаковое (равно 13) и отличается от всех остальных. Маркер B100.

Нашел в статье Wozniak 2 гаплотипа c B100, гаплотип научного образца на YFull идет 2-ым по распространенности после модального. У Халматова, хонгодорца, возможно тоже B100, и вероятно что B100 является маркером хонгодоров. Но это пока на уровне гипотезы.

TMRCA у новой ветки C-F9772 примерно 1700ybp. Понемногу образовываются новые уровни в хронологии M407.

В публикаций 10 летней давности, Afghan Hindu Kush: Where Eurasian Sub-Continent Gene Flows Converge, в таблице нашел образцы C-M407 с стр значениями. Всего 12шт., и все они из Монголии.
Приятно удивило, в статье количество СТР маркеров не 17 или 27 стандартных маркеров как обычно бывает, а за 40 с хвостиком. Есть даже такие быстромутирующие маркеры как DYS464, и не самый популярный YCA! Набор стр напоминает панель FTDNA по 37маркерам.
Из выборки 5шт. с DYS385ab с значениями 11-18, остальные 7шт. 11-11.
Также удивило меня, что бурятские M407 (C-Z4328) практически полностью совпадают с монгольскими образцами у которых 11-18. С одним монголом я свой приватный стр DYS447 со значением 26 разделяю. Образец из северо-западной Монголии. По карте родовых племен район в основном заселен ойратскими племенами и эльджигинами. Последние присутствуют среди селенгинских бурятов, и у торгутов Калмыкии.

На УФулл киргиз с города Ош разбил ветку C-F9733 на C-F9733* и C-F8536. Уникальность данного образца также в том что в маркере 385ab у него значения 11-18, в то время как у более молодого субклада C-F8536 11-11. Появились новые снипы в старом реферансе 38 и в новом T2T.
