Немного про качество импьюта от Г...
Начнем с vcf
В этом году они начали его импьютировать, если не знали
Сравнение с вполне приличным тестом от ftdna. Когда будет 30X повторим с максимальной точностью

Стандартные 1.5% неправильного импьюта, на некоторых хромосомах больше, совсем все плохо на X
Это видно на совпадениях по X в gedmatch и ftdna
