ДНК древних дунху

Результаты анализа древней мтДНК и Y-хромосомы с захоронения Jinggouzi (2.5 тыс.лет назад):

Выделили гаплогруппу Y-хромосомы С*. Смущает, что С3 не обнаружена.

In the region,first is the Hongshan culture(haplogroup N),then the lower Xiajiadian culture(N and O3),then the upper Xiajiadian culture,then the Jinggouzi culture,then the Wuhuan population,then the Xianbei population,then the Khitans

Oh,I find they only test PK2,it's a wrong SNP,so that means the samples still can be C3.

In figure 1,they mentioned two unpublishd data,the Niuheliangs(from the Hongshan culture) and the Hengbeis(located in Shanxi province of northern China,about 3000 years BP),however the data already publised in Chinese
The mtdna of Niuheliang,their major Y-DNA is N,it's worth noting high N9a also found in prehistorical Hungary

And in this paper,they found all the M217+ samples PK2+,however there are only three subclades found in this paper:C3c1-M48,C3 star cluster,C3* 448del,so that means PK2+ is SNP united these three braches of C3.While the Japanese sample already turn to be PK2-,if we consider the strong link between M407 and Mongolic groups,then I can guess the Jinggouzi people were M407

Название археологического памятника эпохи бронзового века, сопоставляется с населением древних дунху. Расположен на территории АО КНР  - Внутренняя Монголия.
