накосячил. На самом деле, я просто указал ссылку не на тот список снипов. После исправления ссылки, попробывал конвертнуть 4 "сырца" (Raw Data samples) с реальной информацией, на что ушло примерно 5304 миллисекунд программного времени. На этот раз полученный на выходе файл Plink обработал без особого труда.Лог программы
