Actually, I would strongly recommend using the frequently updated YFull tree that currently estimates that YP728 has expanded about 1950 (1250-2800) years ago.
As for the archaeological culture associated with YP728, we don't have any data that would allow us to make any strong statements in this regard, although it seems almost certain that the entire clade L1029, including its subclade L1029>YP417>YP418>YP728, has been associated with the very sudden territorial expansion of the Early Slavs. The start of this territorial expansion is usually dated to about 400-500 AD but this was likely preceded by a local population growth in the hypothetical homeland of L1029, most likely somewhere in a territory encompassing Southern Belarus and North-Western Ukraine, although other options (including for example the Eastern part of today's Poland) are also possible.
