Since the Duklja was inhabited with some unknown slavic tribes it would be interesting to see what is Nikšićs genetic matches on the North and East of Europe
No, Pagania, Zahumlje, Travunia were settled by Serbs. Porfirogenitus that says twice in DAI, and both time he don't mention Duklja as a region inhabited by Serbs. Archeology of Duklja also shows some different features from Travunia, Zahumlje, Pagania. So, some Slavic non Serb stratum existed in Duklja, just a few of those tribes remain known like Lužani. There were also some remnants of non Slavic tribes in Duklja: Kriči, Španje, Bukumiri, Macure. In 10th century under serbian Vojislavljevic dynasty Duklja became a part of mediaval serbian state and since than its destiny is connected with destiny of Serbia.
Not only Dreguvites but there is some more Slavic tribes settled in Macedonia and western Bulgaria sa well in northern Greece.

Smolyani, Smolinci in Bulgaria (Smolensk, Russia), surname Smolyanovic is tested as I2a1b1 Dinaric
It would be interesting if there is posibility to find clusters of those tribes since they evolved from group of common families with same paternal ancestor.
