Yes it is possible, but my thoughts are the following.
Nebula submit there results direct to yfull, so we can see samples, if they don´t pay they dissapear. There was an sample from Bulgaria with the number YF85241, it was positiv for L1280 and negativ for FGC11555 FGC19283 and Y5647. 966435 also from Bulgaria dosen´t match other kits, like the Gaspard kit, too. So my thoughts were maybe 966435 belongs to an new subclade under L1280 together with YF85241. It wasn´t possible to see the STR results of YF85241, so I don´t how likely this thoughts are.
